The last link to the Chicago Tribune story is basically a regurgitation of Whirlpool’s own press release. One indicator of this faux pas is the fact that both stories report to come from “Benton Harbor, Mich.”, where Whirlpool is based. Corporate PR always likes to make deals seem larger than they really are.
